TriCare Management, LLC offers primary care physicians and specialists a low-risk opportunity to boost their income as well as provide better care to their Medicare patient population by allowing us to help their patients manage their single high-risk chronic care conditions in-between visits.
Principal Care Management services are billable to Medicare. CPT 99426 and CPT 99427 codes for principal care management services fall under the Medicare "general supervision" billing rule, which means physicians can sub-contract the services out to us. Our TriCare Team will become an extension of their practice.
We help provide medical practices with value-based reimbursement.
Example:
With TriCare's remote care coordination services of 255 patients, a specialist office could generate $5,000/month ($60,000/year). Additional income could be generated if the patient(s) required 30 or 60 more minutes of care coordination services during the same billing period (calendar month).
Examples are only used for illustrative purposes that are based on assumptions of patient participation and population, deductions of TriCare's fees, current Medicare fee schedules, deductions of care coordination fees a specific MAC locality: 0441218 Houston. Examples exclude any possible start-up costs.
